AUFGABEN:

  • Identification of potential locations for solar parks on open spaces and roof surfaces
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and budget
  • Coordinating with landowners, municipalities and other relevant parties to secure land use rights for the construction of solar farms/battery storage projects
  • Drafting agreements and contracts for land use
  • Carrying out the necessary surveying work to prepare the areas for the installation of the projects
  • Management and monitoring of contracts and agreements with landowners and other parties
  • Monitoring compliance with environmental rules and regulations during the development phase of the projects

ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field
  • Experience in securing land use rights and surveying techniques
  • Understanding environmental rules and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with landowners, communities and other relevant parties
  • Ability to work in a team and keep track of multiple projects at the same time
  • Willingness to travel
