How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify and translate customer requirements into technical proposals in close collaboration with the sales team
- Determine the most effective solutions and design high-level system drawings and layouts
- Create bills-of-material and labor cost estimates
- Develop a deep understanding of energy storage technologies and provide the Sales team with technical support as well as product configuration guidance
- Support projects from the design phase through the start-up phase to handover to the execution team
- Training of internal and external teams about the product and services of Siemens Energy battery storage solutions
- Support our technical sales team at prospective customers and clients. What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
- At least 5 years professional experience in energy storage, solar, other power generation or industrial EPC works
- Ability to solve difficult technical issues and communicate results clearly
- Experience developing technical and financial models using Excel
- Independent work, combined with medium travel activity.
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German skills are a plus
