RESPONSABILITIES:

As _Accountant_ of our company you are the responsible person of our finance department working in close collaboration with the country manager and the head office in Genova, Italy.

As a member of an agile and international team, you will independently process accounts payable and accounts receivable for various accounts.

You are responsible for the associated correct processing of payment. You will be actively involved in the monthly and annual financial statements. You will actively work on Excel report for billing purpose.


Key task:

• A/R issuance and registration
• A/P check and registration
• Updating and sending SOA to our clients
• Reporting of payable invoices (A/P)
• Elaborate report for billing purpose
• Various reporting

Education and Skill:

• You have completed your studies in financial accountant and / or accountant
• You have a professional experience of at least 35 years in accounting
• You speak English and Italian, German is a plus.
• Your way of working is characterized by a very quick comprehension, an affinity for numbers and a strong ability to think analytically.
