What you will enjoy doing

  • You will provide the conceptual design and setup of analytic devices, equipment and installations used in
ASU/HyCO/CO2 plants within EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)

  • In this role you are in charge for the analytical systems which includes gas analyzers, process analyzers, pH, density, moisture, conductivity meters, impurity analyzers, mass spectrometers, gas chromatographs, sampling systems, enclosure analytical buildings and containers
  • You will be responsible for the market screening for new analytical solutions and corresponding vendor evaluation as well as qualification
  • In this role you will support the regions in handling process analytical equipment by established guidelines and the support in the selection of analytic equipment will be a major part of your job
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the design and project management of the introduction of new analyzers, vendors and frame contracts
  • You will ensure the safety, technical quality, completeness and reliability of analytical system designs as well as systems procured from external sources
  • Furthermore, you will be recognized as an expert of analytical systems and instrumentation and your task is to maintain a thorough knowledge of new technologies
  • You will enthusiastically provide training and training tools for our local EMEA Analytic teams

  • Hands on experience and thorough technical knowledge in design and specification of overall plant analytical system design including different sampling systems, installation, commissioning, startup, validation and operations support are part of your profile
  • You have strong analytical, troubleshooting and influencing skills to work with peers in the RBUs, central EMEA and global team
  • The key to your success is your ability to set, implement and lead projects and developments
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to lead, develop and maintain strong working networks in an international environment
  • Furthermore, you are willing to travel up to 15 to 20% of your time to support project tasks, supplier visits and audits as well as commissioning and construction
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills complete your profile
