proactive and reactive public affairs and stakeholder engagement plan targeting diverse stakeholders
to support the implementation of EIT Health's Strategic Agenda and position EIT Health as a leading
instrument, leveraging the network's assets, to tackle society's biggest healthcare challenges within
the research and innovation landscape. In addition, the PASRL will oversee the identification and

cultivation of strategic relationships with policy and political decision makers and relevant
organisations to support the growth and effectiveness of the local ecosystem. Last but not least the
activation of new regional and national funding sources with the CLC in a relevant role, ideally also
contributing to EIT Health's financial sustainability, should be a focus.
