YOUR TEAM:

The Delivery Unit E3 1.1 has the full economic responsibility over the entire life cycle of the E3 architectures from requirements to release to field support.

Your task

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Build a scaled agile software development organization for distributed agile development teams, based on the SAFe framework
Prepare & facilitate the PI planning events in cooperation with RTEs and L2 Sys. Leads, summarize program PI objectives into Solution PI Objectives and publish them for visibility & transparency and communicate with brands
Manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments
Responsible for all aspects of the solution: plan, detail, track, manage and execute software engineering activities for solution Result, quality

Coordinate cross domain team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Creation/coordination of milestone plan, _Verbundplan_ and Intergration plan with brand partners

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, business informatics or comparable studies
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or in consulting with indepth knowledge of hardware/software/electronics development
Understanding of development processes ("classic" and "agile"), portfolio management and financial processes
Professional experiences in development and approval processes within the automotive industry
Agile mindset and servant leader skills combined with strong communication and facilitating skills
Strong problemsolving skills as well as communication skills in German and English
