YOUR TEAM:
The Delivery Unit E3 1.1 has the full economic responsibility over the entire life cycle of the E3 architectures from requirements to release to field support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build a scaled agile software development organization for distributed agile development teams, based on the SAFe framework
- Prepare & facilitate the PI planning events in cooperation with RTEs and L2 Sys. Leads, summarize program PI objectives into Solution PI Objectives and publish them for visibility & transparency and communicate with brands
- Manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments
- Responsible for all aspects of the solution: plan, detail, track, manage and execute software engineering activities for solution Result, quality

- Coordinate cross domain team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Creation/coordination of milestone plan, _Verbundplan_ and Intergration plan with brand partners
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, business informatics or comparable studies
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or in consulting with indepth knowledge of hardware/software/electronics development
- Understanding of development processes ("classic" and "agile"), portfolio management and financial processes
- Professional experiences in development and approval processes within the automotive industry
- Agile mindset and servant leader skills combined with strong communication and facilitating skills
- Strong problemsolving skills as well as communication skills in German and English
