In the next months, we plan to set up a pilot production facility in Germany to manufacture our cement-free and CO2-saving masonry system for the German market.

Your contribution:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that effectively showcases our brand and products
• Create highquality and engaging content for various channels, including blog articles, social media posts, and infographics
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement
• Monitor and analyse social media activities and derive optimisation measures
• Manage the online community and build relationships with our target audience
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to create relevant content
• Stay uptodate on current trends and developments in content marketing and social media and contribute innovative ideas

Your profile:

• Proven experience in content marketing and social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have an intuitive understanding for how to market great products
• Experience in creating content for diverse audiences and channels
• Proficient knowledge of popular social media platforms and tools
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign success
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• You have strong communication and persuasion skills, helping to create consensus about opportunities for customer base growth
• Fluency in the English language (both written and verbal)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the sustainability and/or construction industry
• German language skills
