How to contribute to our vision


The Team Lead as part of the Heavy Lift team will be leading our highly dedicated Project Managers, who drive and manage all offshore Major Component Exchanges across our organization.


As the Team Lead you will make sure your team is capable of reaching all targets in a proper working environment.

Your responsibilities will cover but not be limited to:


  • Promoting EQS and ensuring safe operations at all times
  • Project team allocation
  • Development of standardization and quality in operations
  • Planning and priority setting of MCEs
  • Team and individual development and appraisals
Also

  • Lead, manage and mentor your team incl.
1:1 dialogues with team members

  • Build team to support continuous growth
  • Team coordination and planning incl. forecasting of competence needs to cover future portfolio
  • Maximize utilization of resources
  • Proactively taking part in our continuous improvements and development of new tools, processes and procedures needed
  • Making sure deadlines within the team are kept and needed information is shared to relevant stakeholders
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • A positive, proactive, motivating and innovative team player with a systematic and qualityoriented approach as well as the ability to keep an overview even under pressure
  • You are structured and pragmatic in your way of dealing with issues and challenges and you love the fun and the challenge in the race of building some of the largest offshore wind farms in the world
  • You preferably have several years of experience in leading the teams and /or Project Management preferably combined with relevant experience within the Offshore or Wind Power industry
  • You have a degree in Engineering or similar (beneficial)
  • Strong leadership skills and honor continuous improvement of individual employees
  • Experience in managing people and a strong technical background
  • Familiar with engineering disciplines associated with the design of wind turbines
  • Used to defining and improving businessrelated processes and it feels natural for you to take the lead in complex tasks with many stakeholders
  • Enjoy working in an international environment and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
