We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Regional Markets (f/m/d) to join our European business.

Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin.

Delivery Hero's businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

Your mission:

The Sr. Specialist Markets works with the Regional Markets Director, Europe across all Foodora entities in the EU region (Turkey excluded) to achieve our key objectives, with a strong focus on growth & P&L metrics
You will advise regional/local executive teams across multiple countries providing support in business analysis and operational execution
Understand countries' key challenges indepth and how to best support them. You are a key driver and stakeholder in the countries strategy and P&L management, supporting strategy setting and ensuring P&L alignment to strategy
You will support global cross(functional) initiatives to strengthen our customer experience, restaurant relationships or internal processes, such as customer NPS improvement, basket size increase, logistics<>marketing<>pricing coordination, etc.
You will work closely with local business management to consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries
You analyze and propose initiatives for OKR achievement to the leadership teams in the HQ and regionally
Participate in key regular touchpoints: performance updates, financial reviews, budgeting & strategy, etc.
Drive projects to improve customer, rider and vendor performance and experience

Your heroic skills:

At least 5 years of experience at the company decisionmaking level, including P/L accountability
Background in fastpaced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environments
We're looking for people bringing a rare combination of strategic thinking and implementation drive
A mix of consulting experience (or comparable) and a track record of outstanding achievements in business, with international exposure, would be ideal
Great interpersonal relationships, as this high exposure role involves close cooperation with countries and working crossfunctionally within the region and globally
This is a new team, so a willingness, and more so a desire to build from scratch is needed
While this a general management role, an expertise on a particular aspect of our business (notably marketing, operations, commercial, and/or finance) is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills, again combined with a bias for action
Comfortable in reading & interpreting financial documents, especially country P&Ls and investment proposals, and deriving actions from them
Clear, crisp, and actionable communication
