YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that hiring targets for our fitness trainers and front of house employees are constantly met
Lead a team of 45 employees
Execute important recruiting activities yourself
Review current recruiting operations and initiate process and strategy improvements
Take over full responsibility for all recruiting KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

English business fluent, German is a plus
Organized and structured: you are able to build and keep structure for yourself and for your team
Processoriented: Thinks in processes, is able to implement new processes and to improve existing ones
Data-

Driven Decision Making:
Ability to analyze recruitment KPIs and make informed decisions to improve outcomes and report on team performance

Team Management:
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's success in meeting hiring goals

Empathic and great communication: Ability to understand feelings and emotions of others in the recruiting process and to find the right words to communicate and persuade
