Job Description:


We are looking for a committed personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality, a flair for details - but also with a decisive eye for the essentials.

You enjoy thinking along with others, love to familiarize yourself with different topics and contribute your organizational skills to all relevant topics from the organization.

With a direct reporting line to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide overall support to the management in all business management and company organizational topics.

You are looking forward to challenging tasks.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Contact person for business partners
  • Research, preparation of topics and creation of final reports from various areas of the company organizational
  • Close interface to internal departments
  • Ensuring the flow of information in all directions / obtaining decisions
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed your business or MINT studies with a master's degree
  • You have already gained some professional experience
  • You are business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Your agility and problemsolving skills as well as your pronounced curiosity convince us from day one
  • You have excellent communication skills and a confident service mentality
  • Like a rock in the surf, you bring structure to dynamic times, have a high sense of responsibility and are a fixed point of contact for internal and external contacts
