Your mission

You will be leading a small team of office managers, across multiple office locations in our home city of Cologne
Ensuring that our brandnew HQ, in Ehrenfeld is state of art in terms of office and supporting our hybrid workforce
Working with our satellite offices across Germany and Europe, that the DNA of SoSafe runs through all external offices
Working with our culture and community teams, on team and company events
Reporting directly to our VP People and collaborating closely with the Executive team
You bring the ability to manage and a successful office team, working as part of a rapidly expanding technology business

Profile:

You bring several years of office management experience, ideally in a fast paced or scaling environment
Experience of managing a small team, with great people

- and leadership skills

You have the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, partners and colleagues
Experience of organizing, hosting and managing internal events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are passionate about achieving business results and key metrics, sense of accountability and ownership
German and English at Native/Professional level proficiency
