The newly established role as
Educational Material Administrator EMEA & APAC **will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all training documents, both internal and external.

Duties will also include sharing content٫ and monitoring traffic and metrics in Abiomed's Document Control system, Veeva Vault with the interest of maintaining best practices.

This person will work closely with the Training Team Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring updates are made quickly and all materials maintain compliance and relevance.

In this important role, you will ensure that the Medical Education Teams can concentrate on the essentials in their diverse functions by helping them staying on top distributing data and information quickly and easily to internal and external customers.

You will oversee all medical education content initiatives thus directly influence positive customer engagement and experience٫ as well as that message consistency is maintained.

Instructional Design of newly developed Training Content will be part of your routine.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess current program and constantly ensure actuality of messages
Work closely with US equivalent and oversee all training team documents housed in our Document Control system
Ensure training content consistency by communicating effectively with Medical Affairs, Clinical Training & Marketing in the US and EMEA organization
Assess for gaps in training material and make recommendations for enhancements
Develop a logical and consistent structure for training material embedded in an efficient data model to minimize maintenance efforts and to handle all channels optimally
Keep track of upcoming expirations to ensure documents stay in compliance and manage them through the approval process in our Documents Control Systems
Support the LMS Coordinator as needed to ensure quality standards
Ensure that all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)

Instructional Design Training Material

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or equivalent
Ideally experience in clinical and medical environment
Written and spoken fluency in English, ideally also in German
Detailoriented work style with focus on time and project management
Experience with Instructional Design
Must be selfreliant, well organized, takes initiative, resultsoriented, open minded, and approachable
Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, procedures, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Experience with Veeva Vault, MS Office, Box, and Adobe Acrobat Pro desired
Familiarity with Articualte Storyline and Cornerstone OnDemand LMS systems is a plus
