Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Performs staffing analysis to identify staffing shortages and works to fill them.
  • Coordinates with upper management to identify staffing needs across Amentum's current contract
  • Ensures interviews are scheduled and conducted, the proper attendees are notified, and the required documents are submitted to close out the interview process.
  • APS2 New Hire Orientation (NHO) facilitation.
  • Works with HR departments and management to resolve any new hire concerns and/or inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensures new hires are integrated into their respective work sections upon arrival and completion of NHO.
  • Conducts follow ups with new hires and management on the status of any required follow up action from NHO
  • Maintains the Organization Chart ensuring it is current at all times.
  • Provides additional program insight to BMA, Chief Operating Officer, and Program Manager.
  • Manpower analysis
  • May be asked to evaluate and consolidate information from various sources.
  • Ability to analyze data and perform causative research.
  • Maintain a daily timesheet ensuring times are accurate.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification & Experience Requirements:


  • High School graduate or equivalent and at least 3 years of jobrelated experience or equivalent.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of operational procedures.
  • Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
  • Must have highlevel organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately.
  • Demonstrated experience of analyzing metrics and making recommendations to Management.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience

Example:
Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.

Specialized knowledge and skills:


  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Working knowledge of OnPoint is a plus
  • Working knowledge of ECOPS is a plus

2) PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively up to a 48hour work week.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. continuously, 50 intermittently.
  • Must be able to endure long hours (overtime as required)

3) WORK ENVIRONMENT:


  • Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, mainly sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
  • May be required to deploy on missions on short notice at the direction of the PMO.
