What you offer

• university degree in aeronatuical engineering or sales&marketing combined with aeronautical training or equivalent experience in commercial aviation
• expertise of airlines/aircraft and customers in the area as well as in aircraft maintenance management
• high level of technical and commercial communication and presentation skills
• knowledge of contracts and aviation regulations
• fluent in english, other languages are a bonus

These are your tasks

• coordinate and manage projects from commercial perspective as a focal point of contact for the customer representatives
• liaise internally to ensure contractual compliance and a smooth flow pre, during and post project as well as with the customer to conduct negotiations fro additional hours/costs of the project
• maintain customer relationship and support customer team on site for the life cycle of the project
• ability to resove contractual issues or advise Head of Sales/Head of Customer Support on issues unable to resolve
• participate and make notes during customer and internal department meetings and create a sales handover to production department
