- Coordination of all Flatsat activities and teams in order to de-risk the PFM activities
- Internal coordination for inputs/outputs for Software, System Engineering, AIT, Harness, Procurement, Payload
- Interface with matrix organization for request of resources
- Action items tracking and deadline monitoring
- Project Office support for schedule management and team coordination
- Schedule management incl. internal coordination for achievement of payment milestones and critical path analysis
- Definition and implementation of project processes
- Support major project reviews with suppliers and customer and internal Board project reviews
- Production of Project Management documentation for major project reviews
- Experience in complex project management/coordination with ESA or with Institutional Satellite Operators as customers
- Good understanding and handling of common project management methods and tools, incl. System level understanding
- Good understanding of OHB standards and processes
- Good project finance understanding
- Capability to balance between cost, schedule and quality
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in teams to solve problems
- University degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification necessary
