Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's travel, balancing cost and time efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's diary and ensure that the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings and coordination of appointments.
- Arrange and plan any events or conferences as necessary.
- General administration.
- Meet and greet CEO's guests and ensure they are looked after.

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Native or fluency in German is essential
- Professional, confident and positive attitude
- MS Office skills
