As the Associate Technical Product Owner in our dynamic On-Premise Infrastructure Product Team, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing IT/OT-Network and Hosting Infrastructure solutions.

Your role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring our process control and business networks are not just functional but forward-thinking.


Mission of the Job:


Your mission entails collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products, shaping the strategic direction of our network solutions, and engaging with various stakeholders to optimize our processes and enhance value delivery.

You will be instrumental in driving innovation within the IT/OT-Network and Hosting Infrastructure domain, leveraging your expertise to impact our process control and business networks significantly.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our products, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and actively seek ways to improve processes and deliver value to customers.

Your proactive problem-solving skills and effective communication will be key to your success in driving product development within the IT/OT-Network and Hosting Infrastructure domain.


Overall, you will be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the process control and business network space.


Your next challenge:


  • Lead the implementation of our stateoftheart Remote Management Solution
  • Play a key role in the Deployment of our Software-DefinedWide-Area Network (SDWAN) to enhance connectivity across our operations
  • Spearhead our InfrastructureasaService offering for Cement Plants, setting new standards in efficiency and reliability
  • Conduct indepth Investigation and Implementation of Remote Site Backup Solutions, ensuring robust data security and recovery capabilities

Your profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred
  • Equivalent experience or certifications in relevant fields considered

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience (12 years) as a Product Owner, or similar role such as Project Manager, Team Manager, Consultant, with a focus on IT/OT
  • Network and Hosting Infrastructure

Must-Have Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Expertise in translating business requirements into actionable product requirements and user stories
  • Skilled in managing product backlogs using tools like Jira
  • Strong foundation in IT/OT-Network and Hosting Infrastructure concepts (SDWAN, firewalls, VPNs, server deployment, backup solutions)

Additional Skills Required:

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective crossfunctional teamwork
  • Analytical mindset with a strong problemsolving approach
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and projects
  • Adaptability in a fastpaced, evolving tech landscape
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends

Certifications (Optional):

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or any certifications related to IT/OT-Network and Hosting Infrastructure would be a plus
