- Taking over the support of employees (induction, departure, creation and administration of employment contracts)
- Planning and implementing recruiting measures and activities and organizing recruiting events and professional applicant management
- Coordinating and supporting the professional development of employees through targeted training management
- Clarification of personnel-related issues and careful management of personnel master data
- Efficient communication with social insurance providers, authorities, external institutions and business partners as well as collaboration with the works council
- Organisation of internal company events and responsibility for fleet management
- Issuing and maintaining personnel-related documents, ensuring document compliance
- Creating precise overviews, evaluations and statistics to optimise HR processes
- Active involvement in HR projects and efficient coordination of temporary staff
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, HR management or an equivalent qualification
- Initial practical experience in a comparable HR function, for example through relevant internships
- Proficient with MS Office
- Existing work permit that allows employment within the European Union
