The strategy team is part of the Business Development, Strategy & Communications department (BDSC) in the Division Electrification Solutions.

The BDSC department sees itself as a partner and consultant to the entire organization and in particular to the management team.

The department consists of a global team of colleagues in North America, Europe and China.

Within the strategy team, we are responsible for portfolio management, strategy development & M&A, among others, and thus contribute to shaping the long-term goals of our organization.

To support our team, we are looking for an intern for the Regensburg site with immediate effect.

Your Mission:

Creation of slide presentations for senior management about market trends in the field of electromobility as a basis for strategic decisionmaking.
Implementation and further development of the approach for comprehensive competition screening and derivation of strategic decisionmaking tools.
Create and analyze business cases for innovative future business opportunities.
Assist with research and evaluation of M&A targets

Your Talents:

Studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, economics or a comparable field of study
Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Powerpoint
First experience in strategy or business development desirable
Very good English and German language skills written and spoken
Interest in corporate strategy issues as well as new trends in business and technology; curiosity, analytical and structured way or of working; willingness to leave the comfort zone, enter new territory and expand your expertise; ability to handle parallel tasks according to their priority; excellent communication skills round off your profile

It is possible to write a final thesis afterwards.
