We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Director (M/F/D) to join our sales team for the DACH region.

Principle Duties and Essential Functions


Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across the DACH region.
  • Identify and target key markets and sectors for business growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team across the DACH region.
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competition.
  • Adjust strategies based on datadriven insights.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the sales budget efficiently.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as product development, customer service, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
  • Participate in executive meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of sales success, particularly in DACH region.
