Deck & Safety Superintendent (f/m/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure the correct planning and timely execution of all deck & safety operations pertaining to the daily activities, maintenance, improvements and technical modifications for the assigned ships.
Manage and is responsible for the vessels deck budgets & spare parts management
Prepare and support for audits and inspections and also participate during onboard audits
Follow up on findings in liaison and guidance with Cruise Governance/ Audit Management and documentation of findings in the Global HESS-MS platform
Participate in regular HESS/ Safety meetings together with HESS SI Environment, HESS SI USPH, Nautical & Safety SI under guidance of the Head of Safety and/or DPA

Your Profile:

Bachelor ́s degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years professional experience in shipboard operations and preferably the maritime sector
IMO license is mandatory
Junior leadership experience
Safety driven and cooperative attitude
Very good command of the English language and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
