Responsibilities:


  • Design and administration of process skill management within Medical Repair Service EMEA
  • Standardisation of role & skill structure across the entire network of 5 main Repair Centers
  • Preparation of transition into SAP success factors (stateoftheart skill management tool)
  • Administration of approval workflows triggered by successfully finished process trainings
  • Supporting the management in designing and maintaining role/skill trees to assign the right skills to the staff
Your qualification
- commercial education, preferably graduated
- proofed project management experiences
- fluently in English and German (written and spoken)

Your competencies

  • Understanding of Quality systems & Quality metrics
  • Very good MS Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Analytical and solution driven thinking
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Cultural awareness
  • Fluent English
  • Clear & concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to present information in a structured way to audiences of varied technical levels
  • Effective collaborator
  • Is organised and can plan/schedule efficiently
