Responsibilities:
- Design and administration of process skill management within Medical Repair Service EMEA
- Standardisation of role & skill structure across the entire network of 5 main Repair Centers
- Preparation of transition into SAP success factors (stateoftheart skill management tool)
- Administration of approval workflows triggered by successfully finished process trainings
- Supporting the management in designing and maintaining role/skill trees to assign the right skills to the staff
- commercial education, preferably graduated
- proofed project management experiences
- fluently in English and German (written and spoken)

- Understanding of Quality systems & Quality metrics
- Very good MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- Analytical and solution driven thinking
- Problem solving mentality
- Cultural awareness
- Fluent English
- Clear & concise written and spoken communication skills
