- zusätzlich erforderliche ist eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning bzw. operativem Einkauf
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten und bereits Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System
- Interesse und Freude am Kontakt mit Lieferanten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- analytische und strukturierte Denkweise, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Selbständigkeit
- Strategische Abstimmung von Flexibilität, Lieferzeiten und Losgrößen mit Einkauf und Fertigung
- Entscheidungsfindung für Insourcing/Outsourcing in Zusammenarbeit mit strategischem Einkauf und Fertigung
- Kontrolle von Menge und Terminen mit Maßnahmeneinleitung bei Abweichungen; Überwachung der termingerechten Fertigstellung
- Mengen- und termingerechte Disposition von Teilen/Material
- Bestellungsabwicklung und Fremdvergaben inklusive Überprüfung von Abrufbestätigungen sowie Klärung von Mengendifferenzen
- Lieferterminüberwachung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Kontrolle von Bestellnummer und Menge bei systemseitigem Wareneingang
- Überwachung des Bestands, Bestimmung von Reichweiten sowie
- Durchführung von Claim- und Eskalationsmanagement
- Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
