Working hours:
Full-time approx. 40h / week

Location: 100% remote

Your area of responsibility:

You work as servant leader with one or more Scrum Teams
You facilitate values, rituals, meetings and initiatives based on the Scrum.

Org Agile Framework

You support the organization as part of the Agile / Scrum Adventurers
You appreciate changing perspectives and disciplines for sustainable success of the Scrum Teams and the organization

Skills and qualifications you bring with you:

Degree in Business Administration, Project Management science or a completed vocational training with relationship to people management and or business processes or comparable success proven track record in similar positions
At least two years of experience working in agile organization / teams as Scrum Master, Project Manager or Agile coach
Certification as ScrumMaster is preferred but not obligatory
Knowledge of typical development processes in Scrum and involved experts (Developers, Devops, QA, Architecs)
Positive attitude joined with cando attitude, high motivation and strong teamworking abilities
Excellent communication skills in English and preferable inGerman as well as an open and reliable working style
The ability to work independently in a dynamic remote teamsetup
