Somatex, a Hologic company, is looking for an experienced Plannerto join our amazing team in Berlin, Germany.

Tasks:

This position forms part of the Hologic International Operations organization and expected to be in charge of the sourcing activities to deliver best in class Procurement execution.

The role will be supporting operations and directs sourcing lead with a focus to the assigned commodity.

Review demand planning and schedule incoming & outgoing materials movements
Coordinates supplier deliveries to the agreed schedule, issue resolution, expediting of late deliveries
Executes the daily procurement activities to ensure deliveries ontime, with a highquality level
Manages the daytoday relationship with the suppliers
Reports to the Site Procurement Lead

Profile:

3 plus years' experience in Procurement
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Understand the manufacturing process and constraints
Experience in mechanicals and/or electronics commodities
Proficient in excel
Familiar with ERP systems e.g. Oracle / SAP and Planning forecasting software. Experience with Navision is a plus
Ideally experience in medical devices, aeronautics, automotive or regulated products supply chains
