Prepare and participate in monthly DACH Leadership meetings, Quarterly Business review and Annual business Plan.

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with Company policies & procedures and employment legislation where applicable.
  • Introduce and adapt corporate HR policies and initiatives based upon best practice to ensure local effectiveness and legal compliance.
  • Promote and support the Company's performance management and development processes to encourage ongoing development for all employees. Define, implement and followup the annual training program.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional HR Manager and the Reward team to ensure all reward and benefits processes are effectively managed and integrated into the global reward framework (including benchmarking, merit and incentive schemes, benefit contract renewals).
  • Support managers in driving employee engagement by assessing performance against the requirements of the business and facilitating action items to improve engagement levels.
  • Work with the Regional HR Manager plus external counsel to ensure that local working practices are legally compliant, consistent, regularly updated and aligned to company values.
  • Drive the use of people analytics throughout HR and the business through the creation of HR dashboards, monthly key metric reports and other adhoc data requests.
  • Provide a customerfocused and professional generalist HR administration service across DACH in collaborating with the HR Coordinator, including:
  • Reviewing all necessary paperwork for employee changes prepared and processed by the HR Coordinator (starters/leavers/job offers, contract variations), communicating to Payroll as necessary (special cases with specific letters are created by the HRBP, all standard templates are covered by the HR Coordinator)
  • Reviewing the HR database, the HR Coordinator maintains
  • Using our HR system for recruitment, reviewing the input done by the HR Coordinator. Cover admin, payroll, and HR system input tasks when the HR Coordinator is on holiday
  • Responding to daytoday queries from managers (support the HR Coordinator with challenging questions from employees), escalating to the Regional HR Manager as required
  • Provide advice, coaching and support to managers on employmentrelated matters and employee relations issues, consulting or working in conjunction with the Regional HR Manager and external consultants/advisors as necessary.
  • Actively participate in developing and implementing HR improvement initiatives at HR regional team meetings.

Working with the Regional HR Manager and HR Coordinator DACH in defining, managing and executing HR policies and practices to ensure that the DACH commercial business strategies are achieved in line with the global HR framework.

Supporting in all HR related areas, so the HR function achieves management defined objectives and supports the business for actual and future needs.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and develop good relationships with stakeholders and teams essential
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and data and proactively recommend and implement practical solutions within a complex commercial environment
  • An international mindset culturally aware, flexible, and pragmatic
  • Strong data analysis/numerical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Team player with a very flexible attitude and approach
  • Knowledge of various HR fields and HR systems an advantage
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation in different countries desirable
  • High standard of both verbal and written Germand and English communication, additional languages an advantage
  • MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • 35 years' previous experience in a generalist HR Advisory role, ideally gained within a multicultural and multinational environment.
