After completion of the INspire program you will continue your career in the following business area: You will be part of the Supply Chain Management Team, responsible for operations of returnable packaging ("load carriers") in Bremen and for our international Consolidation Centers, Bremen & Speyer.

Therefore, you will be closely working with internal & external partners as well as our suppliers.

You will be deeply involved in the national and international supply chains and their implications on the demand and availability of load carriers.

Digitalization will be a key success factor within the business - and our aim to be capable of tracking our asset "load carrier" worldwide.

Qualifikationen:

**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in the field of Supply Chain Management and/or Production and/or Production Planning and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months

International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree in (Industrial) Engineering or Business Administration or similar studies
Ability to communicate with different management levels
Fluent in Business English and good German skills
You have an agile entrepreneurial mindset and a startup mentality
Impressive social engagement
Extended digital knowhow
High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills (e.g. with data management)
Working focused, structured and resultoriented in an operational related business field
KPIbased decision making, shopfloor management and Kaizen
Knowledge in supply chain operations, inventory management, budget planning and working with SAP systems
Being able of building up Operational and Strategic networks
