After completion of the INspire program you will continue your career in the following business area: You will be part of the Supply Chain Management Team, responsible for operations of returnable packaging ("load carriers") in Bremen and for our international Consolidation Centers, Bremen & Speyer.
You will be deeply involved in the national and international supply chains and their implications on the demand and availability of load carriers.
Digitalization will be a key success factor within the business - and our aim to be capable of tracking our asset "load carrier" worldwide.
Qualifikationen:
**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in the field of Supply Chain Management and/or Production and/or Production Planning and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months
- International experience of at least 6 months
- Excellent academic university degree in (Industrial) Engineering or Business Administration or similar studies
- Ability to communicate with different management levels
- Fluent in Business English and good German skills
- You have an agile entrepreneurial mindset and a startup mentality
- Impressive social engagement
- Extended digital knowhow
- High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills (e.g. with data management)
- Working focused, structured and resultoriented in an operational related business field
- KPIbased decision making, shopfloor management and Kaizen
- Knowledge in supply chain operations, inventory management, budget planning and working with SAP systems
- Being able of building up Operational and Strategic networks
As a charismatic personality, you can inspire and motivate a team to give their best You are empathic, authentic and have the power to persuade You use state-of-the-art tech stacks to advance various processes and products in the transformation, also from a cost perspective.
