    Im Bereich Strategy & Investor Relations formen wir aktiv die Zukunft von OBI. Durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand und in Abstimmung mit unseren Shareholdern treiben wir die Transformation von OBI entschlossen voran. Wir identifizieren wirkungsvolle Hebel, adressieren komplexe Herausforderungen und fördern die effiziente, funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Organisation bei der Umsetzung strategischer Maßnahmen.

    Unser Bereich fokussiert sich auf drei wesentliche Kernbereiche: Strategieentwicklung, Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und Mergers & Acquisitions-nahe Themen. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir Dich als engagierten Senior Project Lead

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Steuerung von hochstrategischen Projekten in einem cross-funktionalen Umfeld mit unabhängiger Expertise und starker Durchsetzungskraft
  • Eigenständige Erarbeitung und effektive Operationalisierung von strategischen Konzepten, nachhaltige Implementierung der Gruppenstrategie und aktive Förderung der Transformation von OBI
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand zur Weiterentwicklung der Gruppenstrategie und Gestaltung der Unternehmensgovernance; zudem die Entwicklung von Stakeholder-Beziehungen auf hoher Ebene
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für die interne Führung sowie die inhaltliche Entwicklung deiner Projektteams
  • Identifikation von relevanten Unternehmenstreibern und Durchführung quantitativer Analysen zur Herbeiführung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen des CEOs und des Aufsichtsrats

    • Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen überdurchschnittlichen Masterabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, z.B. in Top-Managementberatung oder als Teil der Strategieabteilung in einem namhaften Handels- und Konsumgüterunternehmen
  • Für dich ist es ein Leichtes, unterschiedliche Interessengruppen zu managen und bist motiviert, Probleme zu strukturieren, zielgerichtet zu analysieren und Lösungen eigenständig sowie in Teamarbeit zu entwickeln
  • Du bist souverän im Auftritt und sicher im internationalen Umgang, verfügst über ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie exzellente Präsentations- und Verhandlungskompetenzen
