AutoStore is seeking a Partner Sales Specialist
Will you be part of a fast-growing Norwegian technology company in a highly international environment?
In the role as a Partner Sales Specialist (PSS) you will work closely with the team of Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) in the region (central europe).
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Maintain and strengthen the "easy to do business with" for the parnters when they work with AutoStore. Plan, manage and organize initiatives with the partner network in central Europe
- Coordination and support of monthly reporting through close collaboration with PSMs and work closely with our customer relationship management system (Salesforce)
- Join our PSMs in preparing and conducting business reviews with the partners
- Develop projects to improve the way of working with our partner network
- Support the PSMs in administrative and organizational activities in the region
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The main task is to constantly work on improving processes to make the partners life easier
- Get closely connected within the company to support global initiatives from i.e. product management, product marketing, sustainability in our region.
- Listen to the needs of the partner network and initiate activities with the PSMs to improve the collaboration
- Develop initiatives to support the partners growth plans and execute on them
- Become a "Specialist" for the general commercial partner business of AutoStore
- Focus on maintaining AutoStore as the preferred supplier for the partners
- Drive the continuous improvement processes at AutoStore and the PSMs in central Europe
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills, ask questions and have the will to connect
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
- Organizational skills to gather information from different directions and consolidate them into one line of communication
- Be a true team player, with focus on the overall goal while collaborating with the larger commercial team
- Learn about the intralogistics market and understand the position of AutoStore
- Willingness to travel from time to time within central Europe and Norway
- Be interested in automation and have the will to learn about the technical setup of AutoStore
- Ability to reflect on existing processes and challenge current situations
- An organizational background is welcome for this role

The role of a "Partner Sales Specialist" within the partner management team is new in AutoStore. You will have the chance to develop this role and guide it into the direction that you think is most beneficial
Location:
This position should be located in central Europe. We offer remote working but we also offer to join us in one of our offices in Graz - Austria or in Ulm
