Your Tasks

• You build, lead and develop the purchasing department in the area of electrolyzers
• You and your department are responsible for the annual purchasing volumes of our balance of plant (BoP) systems (without stack components)
• You set up and develop the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• You design procurement strategies and take care of the development and optimization of corresponding processes
• You optimize procurement conditions, secure availability and ensure delivery reliability
• You develop and manage supplier relationships
• You foster a high-performance culture and a motivating working environment

Your Profile

• You are graduated in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or similar
• You have professional experience in the field of purchasing and have extensive management experience in this environment
• You have already worked in one of the following industries: automotive engineering/automotive supplier/plant engineering or similar
• You have experience in the conception of procurement strategies as well as the development and optimization of corresponding processes
• You enjoy leading and concluding comprehensive purchasing negotiations
• You bring comprehensive analytical and structuring skills and enjoy working closely in cross-functional teams
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English language
