This position will be part of our Global Athlete & Team Marketing Department and shall be based in SPORTFIVE's global HQ in Hamburg.


As a Team Assistant to the President Media and the Global Co-Heads of GATM you'll work closely with them and their global teams in a highly visible role.

You'll be ensuring that the management has ongoing support, bringing organisation and resourcefulness together.

  • Providing administrative support including general office organization, management of documents, communication internally and with external partners
  • Assisting with the day to day operations, which includes accounts payable data entry, accounts receivable data entry, collections, and reconciliation tasks
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Attending meetings together with our Executives and facilitate them setting the agenda, briefing, debriefing, defining and following up on action items
  • Drafting slides, meeting notes and documents for meetings
  • Coordination of business travels and processing of expenses
  • Preparation and documentation of meetings including taking care of followups
  • Support in contract preparation in close collaboration with our legal department
  • 35 years of working experience in an international environment and in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, other language skills are a plus
  • Experienced with MS Office
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
  • Wellorganized, detailoriented, ability to multitask with great followup skills
