Tasks

Be a sparring partner for our hiring managers and become a brand ambassador for PRISMA
Actively shape Employer Branding e.g., support at recruiting events, trade fairs, social media postings
Develop sustainable recruiting strategies and constantly on the lookout for creative and innovative ideas to attract the right talent at the right time
Plus: Experience working with an HRIS and/or ATS

Profile

Proven track record in tech recruiting
Engaging and open communicator and natural networker
Collaborative team player and creative problemsolver
Structured and resultsoriented way of working
Excellent verbal and written English language skills, German is a PLUS
