As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our engineering team, overseeing the quality assurance process to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality before release.

Your responsibilities will involve strategic planning, development of test plans and cases, and leadership over the QA team to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities encompass both technical expertise and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams that are key for achieving Deutsche Bank's future state Anti Financial Crime capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

Performs manual and automation testing with key focus on automation
Creation of reusable business components of test (plans, cases, data, schedules, scripts)
Publishes testing schedules and reports
Create / Update Test Automation framework as per project requirement & Provide execution level support to respective teams
Retest corrections to ensure problems are resolved
Analyze, document and communicate results.
Prepare and execute the test scripts / suit and ensure the test results are correctly recorded.
Work with BA/FA and stakeholders to understand business requirements functional and nonfunctional specifications
Coordinate UAT testing with business users and downstream systems.
Provide information that enables factbased decisions to be made
Have a working relationship with 3rd party team members

Your skills and experiences

Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (Six Sigma,, CSTE, ISTQB, ISEB or CSTP
Handson experience in the development or testing of complex software systems.
Exposure to multiple projects in different testing environments
Knowledge of writing SQL queries and debugging procedures in Oracle is required.
Practical experience of test driven development and constant refactoring in continuous integration environment.
Experience working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban or XP
Understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle
Proactively, initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
BE/BTech/MTech from an accredited college or university, ideally with an ITrelated concentration.
