    What you'll be responsible for:
    • Meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual sales objectives by formulating and executing a tailored sales strategy for the assigned territory
    • Navigating and managing complex sales negotiations proficiently. Overseeing a multi-stage sales process for both capital equipment and consumables effectively
    • Demonstrating expertise in scientific knowledge to engage in consultative sales interactions. Delivering technology and application presentations, often alongside your Field Application Scientist, to effectively communicate PNI's value proposition based on customer needs
    • Facilitating the resolution of customer concerns by showcasing a solid knowledge base in business processes, PNI solutions, and domain expertise
    • Providing regular and accurate sales forecasts, managing sales pipeline activities, and organizing customer and account interactions in the CRM system
    Who you are:
    • A degree in a Life Sciences discipline is mandatory. A Ph.D. and profound understanding of nanomedicine or a background in cell/molecular biology is advantageous
    • Prior experience in a commercial capacity, preferably within the biotechnology sector
    • Proven ability to engage directly with customers at all organizational levels, from Process Development scientists to C-Level executives
    • Demonstrated inclination towards the sales process and a track record of being a collaborative team player
    • You are proficient in both German and English languages
    Having previous experience in the following areas would be an added advantage:
    • Comprehensive understanding of nano-particle applications and PNI technologies
    • Experience working in a matrix environment and effectively juggling multiple priorities through successful execution
    • Achieving success in cross-functional collaborations

    This position also qualifies for bonus/incentive remuneration.
