YOUR MISSION:

As the
Head of Platform Engineering (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will be responsible for overseeing our platform functions, such as phone and software infrastructure.

You'll be instrumental in scaling our platform, ensuring stability, and meeting stricter compliance requirements. You will lead multiple teams consisting of DevOps, VoIP, Data and Quality engineers. You love learning. Empowering and enabling people is close to your heart.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Manage and guide our DevOps, VoIP, Data and Quality engineering teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
Develop strategies to better prepare our infrastructure for scale, expansion and compliance requirements
Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies
Establish clear global oncall and incident processes for efficient response and resolution
Provide tools and mentorship to Engineers for independent monitoring, debugging, and deployment
Provide guidance and mentorship to help improve the leadership skills of team leads and engineering managers
Participate in hiring and performance reviews
Help develop and shape our engineering culture

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Experience leading multiple cross-functional engineering teams
Deep knowledge of software infrastructure, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes
Datadriven thinking for continuous improvement
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience delivering SaaS solutions
