The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen in Germany handles all commercial matters of the business units throughout Germany. Our department is looking for a
VIE Purchasing for 24 months for our currently 16-member Non-Production Purchasing team.


Your challenges?

• Implementing and ensuring the segment strategy for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) for all German locations
• Advising internal customers on costoptimized planning and preparing award decisions
• Bundling, negotiating and concluding framework agreements in close coordination with the Group Segment Director
• Identification of highvolume savings potential through internal analyses, benchmarking, continuous monitoring of relevant procurement markets and optimization of supplier management
• Execution of the purchasing process with the help of toolsupported invitations to tender, analysis of offers, preparation of offer comparisons and execution of negotiations and auctions
• Operational processing of purchase requisitions in the relevant segments
• Planning and budgeting of the annual purchasing volume and the associated savings potentials
• Monitoring the realization of project goals with regard to the KPIs time, quality and costs

Let's talk about you

• You are graduated from a master degree in purchasing
• Ideally you are already familiar with purchasing themes
• You have a fluent level of english
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are openminded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
