I am mandated by a client that provides a broad spectrum of solutions across private real estate debt.With over EUR25Bn Aum across Asset classes:
office, retail, residential, logistics
They are looking to strengthen their Team with an Senior Associate to join their Debt Financing Team.
Tasks:
- Conducting financial analysis/ building transaction models, preparation of marketing activities and client meetings
- Senior lending for Germany and Europe: Working on a Pan-European fund with a Global Footprint
- Handle termsheets, Negotiation skills, Approach lenders, structuring of the process, loan agreements with a focus on whole loans.
- Responsible real estate loans with accounts across the big 5 cities of Europe
- English and German fluency is advised
Qualifications:
- University degree in Real Estate, Investment management, Economics or related fields
- 36 years of experience
- Dispaly good understanding of financing and refinancing in Real Estate
- Clear knowledge of Term sheets
- Good to very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
