Your tasks:
- Setting groupwide standards while having experience working with suppliers and subsidiaries.
- Serving as the BAFA's main point of contact.
- Designing the coordination between internal and external audit.
- Helping to continually raise management and employee awareness of legal and regulatory requirements
- Analysing legislative and regulatory projects.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing solutions.
Your Requirements:
- Successfully passed the second state bar examination in law;
- An advantage is compliancespecific training, such as CFE, CAMS, or something similar;
- Relevant professional expertise dealing with ESG & sustainability requirements or compliance (particularly antifinancial crime)
- High levels of conceptual and analytical thinking skills;
- Excellent command of the English language
- Assurance in using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of project management or projectrelated work in connection with an independent, goal
- Individual initiative, persuasion, assertiveness, willingness to perform, team spirit, and enjoyment of dealing with complex issues.
