Your Responsibilities

• Elevate Advertising Accounts by formulating growth strategies and diversifying customer acquisition across diverse markets
• Work in tandem with video editors to produce visually stunning ads that capture attention
• Coordinate performance across the entire sales funnel, from acquisition channels to website dynamics
• Assist in optimizing the impact of our TikTok & Facebook Ads while spearheading a comprehensive cross-platform advertising strategy for a commanding presence across all channels
• Drive innovation by identifying and automating intersections between our Business Efficiency and Paid Social KPIs
• Analyze and interpret insights, monitor performance metrics, and redefine possibilities in the dynamic landscape of digital advertising

Your Profile

• 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in social media advertising (particularly on META/TikTok) within eCommerce and/or B2C settings
• Strong technical understanding of daily hands-on campaign management
• Analytical mindset, displaying enthusiasm for KPIs and a willingness to delve into daily campaign performance for insightful reporting
• Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to new challenges in a dynamic environment
• Well-organized and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in English is required
