Your Tasks:
- Leading international customer research projects such as Web intercepts (from project ideation to study design and international rollout)
- Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders (e.g. country CX teams, data privacy/legal team, HR team, Marketing team, etc.)
- Prioritization, assignment and execution of international CX projects
- Managing external partners (e.g. market research agencies)
- Customer data analysis, insight generation, definition of action items
- Support the preparation and facilitation of Service Design Workshops and the Customer Journey creation
Your Profile:
- Ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on marketing, communications or market/consumer research
- Ideally First practical experience in the field of Customer Experience/Insights, Market Research, Marketing
- Experience in working with different stakeholders at the same time
- Experience in working with JIRA
- Good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
- Ideally Tableau skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Team player (M/F/d)
- Fluent in English
