As an expert in (digital) business models, innovations, and trends in growth industries, you carry out strategy consulting projects for our international private equity clients, primarily for SMEs.

Tasks

• Lead and drive innovative research and consulting projects, encompassing market analysis, sales strategies, competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and satisfaction surveys, from initial client contact to successful project completion.
• Uncover valuable insights through a blend of secondary data research, extensive database exploration, and comprehensive qualitative and quantitative data collection.
• Strategically plan and execute primary and secondary research methodologies, leveraging surveys, focus groups, and interviews to identify pertinent trends and insights tailored to our clients' needs.
• Craft trend studies, market analyses, and user studies in diverse industries such as FinTech, PropTech, ICT, renewable energy, automotive, and more.
• Oversee client management and coordination of crossfunctional teams, including freelancers if necessary, ensuring the delivery of superior reports and analyses within designated timelines.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends in specific industries, keeping our clients at the forefront of industry developments.

Requirements:

• Completed university degree in market research, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of team leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of primary and secondary market research techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear and concise reports.
• Experience in collaborating with clients and developing customized market research solutions, including questionnaire creation and survey programming.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• Previous practical experience in consulting/startup environments or in the field of digital transformation.
