Responsibilities:

Vocational training as a a plastics and rubber technologist
Familiarize with production and maintenance departments
Actively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality control
Getting to know the interfaces to logistics and quality management
Programming and settingup production machines
Participation in special projects such as "Trainees recruit trainees"

Qualifications:

Good understanding of technical processes
If possible, vocational school in metal technology etc.
Basic computer knowledge
Accurate and thorough work
Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and selforganized
Good manners and ability to work in a team as well as communication skills
Ability to adapt flexibly to new situations
Well groomed appearance and selfsecure
