The Opportunity:

As a member of the ZEROe project, you will join a team of highly motivated and valuable people who are involved in aircraft concept exploration, technologies development, next generation industrial system and future hydrogen ecosystem preparation that will shape the development of our zero-emission aviation.

Your Accountabilities
As part of Airbus and to accelerate the development of a Zero Emissions Aviation within the Industrial team, you will be responsible for:

defining and / or developing processes and tools for H2 tube and pipe manufacturing, systems installation & integration (assembly, brackets, fastener, bonding) and related tests during the manufacturing process.

Your target will be to co-develop jointly with engineering the optimum design and with industrial architects the industrial system (make and buy) for this key product of the ZERO emission aviation.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will identify, develop, mature and verify manufacturing technologies & processes for H2 tubes and pipes manufacturing
You will identify, develop, mature and verify innovative processes, technologies and manufacturing tools for rubens & pipes installation
You will support industrial architects in the industrial system definition, development, set up and verification (Related to MRL approach)
You will define industrial requirements and ensure their cascade and implementation to engineering design
You will define and integrate a safe product assurance test into the H2 system installation process
You will contribute to the supply chain landscape exploration by technically supporting industrial topics
You will manage and network with internal and external industrial and academic partners
You will identify, promote and support development of digitalization, automation and robotics opportunities in the frame of tubes & pipes manufacturing and installation processes.

Who We Are Looking For

Because ZEROe is preparing the future of aviation, we look for a highly skilled and passionate colleague, able to bring his/her energy and expertise into the Airbus engineering universe.

As such:

You have a master's degree in engineering, science or equivalent combined with professional experiences in mechanical system installation
You bring working experience in engineering and/or in the field of hydrogen technology
You understand industrial production requirements
Ideally you have first experiences in the research and technology sector as well as in managing projects
You are a highly motivated, solutionoriented and openminded person with a great sense of initiative and the ability to adapt to changes and to manage confidential topics
You show strong networking and communication skills while possessing a speakup culture and the competencies to identify optimization opportunities
Your English is at a negotiation level
You are willing to travel regulary to other NatCo's, strategic partners and suppliers
