Your tasks
We are looking for an experienced
Scrum Master (f/m/x) to lead up to two teams in agile project management. This is a part-time freelance position until the end of the year with a focus on game development.

As an ambassador of Scrum and Agile in our company, you will play a crucial role in our first year of agile transition and support the teams in getting from zero to hero.

• Optimizing and implementing the entire Scrum process across two development teams
• Observes the teams to understand and remove organizational impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as an agile team
• Coach, mentor, teach and refresh agile scrum practices (roles, processes, artifacts) as needed among the teams
• Assess individual team needs and recommend best agile practices (Iterative + Agile principles, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
• Agile tool configuration and training for new programs implementing Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Overview of timeliness and actuality of Scrum artifacts
• Mediation between product owner and team, as well as support of the team
• Increasing the efficiency of the entire development process
• Coordination of Sprint Meetings

Your profile

• Available for at least 40 h / month (ideally 60 to 80 h)
• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with remote teams
• Very good knowledge of roles, principles and artifacts of Scrum (product backlog, sprint backlog, burndown charts)
• Experience in working with new and inexperienced Agile teams
• Communication skills to clarify methodological, functional and technical issues
• Assertiveness, organized operational style and an eye for the "essential"
• Enthusiasm for working in and with international & dynamic teams
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
