Job Description:

In the Human Resources department, we look after the affairs of all Brainlab employees.

In addition we also work closely with management to define long-term strategies for the growth and development of the company.

Our Talent Management team in particular takes care of the recruitment and development of our employees.


As part of the Talent Management team, you will be involved in recruiting the best talents from the very beginning and will gain insight into personnel development.

In doing so, you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:


  • Involvement in all areas of the recruitment process. From posting job ads, screening applicants, organizing/conducting interviews to active sourcing
  • Supporting the recruiters in organizational and administrative activities
  • Acting as a contact person for managers and providing support during the recruitment process
  • Organization of events and regular meetings in our student community
  • Responsibility for various projects in the area of recruiting and personnel development

Qualifications:


  • Study of business administration, social sciences or comparable
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Communicative, independent and strong organizational skills
  • Team player, humorous and motivated
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Ideally available for 6+ months
  • Very good English (German is a plus)
