Join us and shape the future of mobility with us We are looking for a Pricing Manager (d/f/m) to join our team. The B2B Software Pricing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for shaping pricing strategies in the software industry. Their focus is on B2B (business-to-business) software products, ensuring competitive yet sustainable pricing models. They work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The B2B Software Pricing Manager's role is about striking the right balance between value, profitability, and client satisfaction in the dynamic B2B software landscape. The tasks of this role include: Your task
  • Pricing Strategy Development: collaborate closely with Product Managers across the different software product areas, support the creation and maintenance of a transparent and effective pricing strategy tailored to B2B clients and understand market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Consistent Pricing Scheme: establish and maintain a cohesive pricing framework for both SaaS (Software as a Service) and license-based products, ensure alignment across various software offerings. Work with cross-functional teams to implement pricing changes.
  • Collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketing: partner to understand product positioning, target markets, and value propositions, align pricing strategies with product launches and product life-cycles and leverage market research to inform pricing decisions.
  • Engagement with Sales Management: collaborate with Sales Managers to understand customer needs and sales objectives, provide pricing guidance for deal negotiations and ensure consistency in pricing across bids and customer solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: work closely with Solution Engineers to create customized pricing models for complex customer requirements and address structural customer inquiries related to pricing.
  • Profitability Analysis and Reporting: together with the Product Managers regularly assess and updates pricing structures to balance profitability and market competitiveness. Analyze pricing data, including customer lifetime value, renewal rates, and churn and provide reports to the CFO or CPO on pricing performance.
  • Your profile
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred bute we value Bachelor degrees with strong experience as an alternative qualification.
  • Proven experience in B2B software pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and licensing structures.
