Your contribution:
We are currently seeking a motivated Coordinator Customer Service (M/F/d) for our Clarios EMEA headquarters in Hannover/Germany.

The Coordinator supports all Sales processes by coordinating and controlling the daily commercial transactions, report and follow up on Account receivables with the customers and manage the customer master data in SAP.

You will support the monthly CBU reporting and ensure the Pricing administration as well as support with claim management.

This is a limited-term contract for approx. 2 years.

Your key responsibilities:

Pricing - administration per customer:

Standard Quarterly Price list sending to internal teams (business Centers) and to the customers (align open topics with Sales Manager)
Purchase Order to price list check, on request (weekly, monthly) acc. to contractual agreements.
Claim of pricelist deviations / PO differences to customer / summarize impacts / escalate.

Account receivables (AR):

Selected claims follow-up with customer and internal teams for late payments
Analyze root-cause, key actions, and monitor progress to plan.
Reporting, using standard reporting tools to support Managers.

Support monthly CBU (customer business unit) reporting.

Administrative Tasks:

Master data changes, frequent adjustments in SAP, coordination with plants, warehouses

Your education and skills:

Qualification as a commercial or industrial assistant or equivalent qualifications
Experience in an international industrial company preferred
Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service desirable
A strong customer focus and the ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
Ms Office and SAP knowledge preferred
Good communication skills
Fluency in English and German language both written and spoken.
