Your responsibilities:

Ensuring HR excellence for a handful of small European Offices, such as in France, Istanbul or Poland
Independently take over operational HR management for those locations (recruitment, employee relations, development, contacts with PEO,...)
Taking responsibility for building and maintaining positive relationships with those offices
Developing and deploying HR strategies and communications in these Offices
Drive the further development of our learning & development practices & procedures in cooperation with the Director HR Europe and your HR colleagues across Europe
Implement new practices, processes and training concepts for all European locations
Develop and deliver trainings to employees
Harmonize processes and best practices of employee development through Europe
Develop KPIs and databased insights on your field of expertise
Act as a backup for the leader of HR data analytics
Holds a degree in business studies, Human Resources or related segments
Comes with experience in HR Generalist or Training Expert roles
Is fluent in English, both spoken and in written, knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset
Is an action oriented team player who acts with empathy and communicates effectively
Happy to travel in Europe ~ 5 to 10%
