YOUR ROLE:

You are the creator of still and motion content for all Henkel Consumer Care brands
Shoot photography and videography and execute small to medium scale image and video productions as well as support large scale productions in collaboration with external parties.
Recommend external partners / freelancers (lighting and tech crew) needed for all Content Factory projects
Provide creative and technical guidance on shoots and postproduction briefings
Manage multiple pieces of editorial content from various brands and meet requested deadlines
Highly agile in style and format to accommodate Henkel's divers brand portfolio and its individual brand identities
Highly organized to provide clearly structured data to our post production team in all formats required
Maintains and checks Henkelowned equipment and updates digital inventory regularly Work in an international, and interdisciplinary team with diverse colleagues and exciting projects

YOUR SKILLS:

A digital/ production/ agency professional with 3+ years' experience working in a creative agency or production team preferably who has worked in retail/FMCG company
A true digital native with experience in managing production and a passion for providing creative guidance that are highly digital trend driven
A creative with fresh ideas and the ability to photograph and shoot video for a wide range of content such as still lifes, flat lays, Instagram stories, tutorials, especially native looking content similar to TikTok and the like
Solid knowledge of lighting and technical equipment used to produce a wide range of content
Very strong organizational skills, time management and proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Indepth knowledge of video production and post production: editing techniques, video equipment and tools. Expertise in working with the latest video editing systems. Well versed with the latest video editing software available on the market
Strong sense of visual storytelling and an insane eye and ear for detail. Strong knowledge of the media production and instructional design process, best practices, industry standards, tools, approaches, and technology.
A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized and able to handle projects independently.
Photography, Videography Skills, as well as standard post production, and file handling
Excellent communication skills in English
German and other languages a plus.
